When you link to the Privacy Corps web site using an approved Affiliate Program Identification Code, the Privacy Corps Affiliate Program will pay you every time someone purchases that product through the Privacy Corps web site. Each buyer is tracked through our tracking mechanism, and you can view your sales at any time. How do I get started with the Affiliate Program? It's a simple three-step process: read the Affiliate Program Agreement, fill out the Affiliate Application, and when Privacy Corps accepts your application, you will be notified via email about how to link to us and start earning money. Does my Web site qualify for the Privacy Corps Affiliate Program? Anyone can apply for the program. However, Privacy Corps reserves the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. Web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, or that encourage illegal activity or racism will be deemed unacceptable for the Privacy Corps Affiliate Program under all circumstances. Web sites that appear to violate consumers' privacy rights will also be refused entry to the Affiliate Program. Can I be an affiliate with Privacy Corps if I do not have a web site? You must have an existing web site in order to become a Privacy Corps affiliate. You may only link to Privacy Corps web site(s) using you Affiliate Identification Code from a page on the World Wide Web. Links from email or the USENET are void and cause for termination from the Affiliate Program. Sign up now Commission Fees and Payment How does Privacy Corps track members coming from my Web site? Privacy Corps uses proprietary software to track customers that you refer to Privacy Corps. Please contact affiliates@privacycorps.com if you have problems with affiliate accounting. How much will I earn for each sale? You will receive 5% for each sale of a product that is referred through your site. This amount is calculated before any taxes. So if a product retails for $89.97 USD, each sale will amount to $4.50 USD. All commissions will be paid in US Dollars. When and how do I get paid? You will be paid monthly from Privacy Corps when your Privacy Corps account reaches a minimum of $50 USD. You will be paid monthly in any month where your earnings reach $50 USD. If your earnings are less than $50, the amount will be carried over to the next month. Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month. You agree to display the Link Materials appropriately on your web site and to respect our trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other rights in the Link Materials. You are welcome to link to Privacy Corps from multiple Web sites, as long as none of the sites violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or racism; or appears to violate the privacy rights of consumers. You may use the same Affiliate Identification Code on up to 100 web pages. How can I change my affiliate account information? Log in to your affiliate account from our affiliate program page or send email to affiliates@privacycorps.com. Sign up now Promoting My Web Site How can I promote Privacy Corps? Privacy Corps will provide banners, buttons, and text links that you can use on your site. You may use any text describing Privacy Corps or its products as long as it is truthful and does not violate any intellectual property rights. Can I change or personalize the images provided by Privacy Corps? You may not change or personalize any Privacy Corps images. Can I use Privacy Corps in my URL or in the name of my site? No. The use of Privacy Corps or any variation thereof in your URL or in the name of your site will be cause for your immediate termination from the affiliate program. In such a case when you breach the affiliate agreement, you thereby forfeit any unpaid commissions. What kind of advertising is prohibited? You may not link from any Internet resource other than a web site. You may not send unsolicited email or post advertising to the USENET. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email or USENET posting, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their unpaid commissions and be removed from the program. Affiliates who cause actual damages to Privacy Corps through use of prohibited forms of advertising may become liable for liquidated damages.
